Resepi mudah masak paprik ayam.

Kali ni cikla nak share resepi mudah masak paprik ayam. Memang senang resepi ni, main campak-campak je. Kejap je nak buat, sedap pun sedap. Dah-dah, jom kita tengok bahan-bahannya dulu. Bahan-bahan ni ikut cikla sebab cikla kan tak ramai.

Bahan-bahan:

1/2 ekor ayam (potong kecil).
1 biji bawang merah (dihiris).
2-3 ulas bawang putih. (dihiris).
2-3 sudu besar cili giling.
1/2 cawan sos cili.
1/2 cawan sos tiram.
1 mangkuk kacang panjang.
1 mangkuk carrot.
2 batang serai (diketuk).
1 helai daun limau purut ( optional).
Minyak, garam, gula dan perasa.

Cara nak buat pulak:

Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan dihiris sampai kekuningan. Masukkan cili giling dan tumis sampai garing. Selepas itu, masukkan sos cili dan sos tiram, kacau dan biar sampai pecah minyak, lepas tu masukkan serai dan daun limau purut. Kemudian, masukkan ayam dan sedikit air. Biar sampai menggelegak. 

Bila ayam separuh masak, masukkan sayuran dan tutup kuali sekejap. Kalau korang nak tambah sayuran lain macam baby corn dan kacang peas. Bila sayuran empuk, masukkan garam, gula dan perasa. Biarkan seketika. Bila kuah dah pekat, tutup api dan bolehlah diangkat. Inilah hasilnya. Nampak menyelerakan kan?
